Trending @HCL; Got retained by HCL in april-2024, am i eligible to get hike for 2024 band-2.2?
I have got retained by HCL in april and they have given me the increased salary as project allowance till april 25, but my old salary CTC did not change, am i eligible for hike for 2024 , as is still did not receive compensation or hike letter, please help !! My band is 2.2.
they have mentioned anywhere that this will be going to add the project allowance bonus in CTC ?

Below is the info in that letter :
Points to be noted:
- Project Allowance is not part of your CTC and is paid over and above it.
- During this period you should be part of XXX Project
- Future payouts will be Stopped in case of EMS/ Pre-separation
- In case of movement to any other geo, the future payouts will be stopped.
- Incase of initiation of intent to separate raised during the payout period (from 01 Mar 2024 till 30 Apr 2025), the amount paid shall be recovered and future payout will be stopped
- Payout of the bonus is subject to the employees active employment status on the roles of the organization
I got retained in March 2024, they gave the increment as retention bonus. I received hike letter -no change. They didn’t merged retention bonus with CTC
Update ; got hike released in jan 26.
Hi all, as per post, got retained last year and today got comp letter today and getting same hike percentage from last 2 yrs. Praise almighty.
You will be eligible for 2024 hike. You will not receive project allowance after April 2025
Your eligible but HCL won't give hike
