Got rejected by Pwc for freshers role
It is an on campus placement and I have been asked behavioral and situational based questions but have answered them and even though I got rejected but they have selected 2 girls instead what might be the reasons??

Practice more interviews perhaps with friends, seniors or mentors. Answering behavioural and situational questions are more tricky than people think.
Just answering questions does not guarantee that the answers are good. Prepare STAR based responses, highlight impact, have a story bank, etc.
Most importantly, you should come out of the victim mindset of companies selecting girls.
