Hi I’m a fresher who joined capgemini in July 2022 yesterday i received rating as need improvement I did everything completed all the training task certification everything still they gave me 4 rating what will happen next will put me in PIP it was an internal NBT project.

Fresher, welcome to the corporate jungle. Your 4 rating? It's a wake-up call, not a death sentence. "Need improvement" means "get your act together". PIP? Maybe, if you don't pull up your socks.
