Trending @Accenture; Got promotion this time and planning to resign
Hii, I got promotion this month with 13% hike and i am planning to resign. Is it fine?
It depends.
Question 1- what’s your reason for resigning? Question 2- how is your current leadership, manager etc? Are they supportive?
The reason is I got a promotion after 3 years with only a 13% hike. Now imagine next time when I will get the promotion, maybe after 3 years only because now my CL is 10 with 6 years and 7 months of total experience
how much is your base pay. Have you already received a new offer? You can leave if that is the cae
No need to regret and speak to the manager that you got an offer moving out....I understand the long awaited promotion says that he hasn't done anything for getting promotion and you got it based on high MAL and got it by default. But make sure the new org n role you are going to is having a good career and growth
