Hi folks, I recently got a promotion and 25 % hike making my salary 16 Lpa plus variable. i have an offer from TCS for 22 LPA. I am unable to decide and make a call based on financial growth and work life balance. Please suggest what can be the best solution.

Go for TCS. 16 Lpa fixed at 9 is less in my opinion

You should switch. 16lpa after promotion and then 22lpa offer…its like 80-90% hike in your last month salary. Switch. Its not like you will retire from TCS. Again after working for 2-3 years in TCS switch. Switching is the only growth option in today’s corporate. You will thanks yourself after 7-8 years

IMO,whether company is giving hike or not,switching is always better after 2-3 years of service in an organisation-For Technical,Financial and Moral growth

TCS giving a fixed performance bonus every 3 month..it is a part of CTC and based on policy adherence like WFO and code of conducts
