Trending @Accenture; Got Promoted today, but not happy.

Hi all,

I got a call from my DU lead today regarding my promotion (12 to 11), he gave me 23.4% .

I'm not at all happy, I asked him is this is fixed or there will be any changes, he replied like it is central decision and fixed as per policy.

I don't have any other offer in my hand and I started searching for opportunitys,

Now suggest me, should I resign now and search because there is no call for 90days noty.
