Got promoted to C4 in Jan 2025 .. It's been 10 months...So when will I get yearly performance pay???

You are c4 and you don't know about the company 😂😂. What you will guide to the people with lower grades who are reporting you then? This is why companies are doing layoffs

C4 doesn't have yearly performance bonus.

C4 gets variables quarterly but till last quarter it was so low that you might not have noticed. You should have got a good variable pay in Oct salary. If not check the wfo index and raise the request in ultimatix
