Trending @Accenture; Got promoted from CL10 to CL9. Used to get 200Rs as shift allowance for mid shift. Is there any hike in shift allowance for cl9?

Question in title, do CL9 have higher shift allowance than CL10.

Bcoz thats too low for L9. The problem with this promotion is that you would be expected to work like L9, know like L9, talk and behave like L9 at such peanut salary. With levels come responsibity. If I were you I would have preferred to be at l10 for an year at least expecting this much hike in l10. L9 atleast below 17lpa is too low

Ik, was already a SSE for 2 years, so promotion was the only way up. And I had plans for ms which I dropped. So this is better than nothing

Hmm. You are definitely being underpaid. Try to switch and get atleast 17-18lpa

12.44 fixed or including variable.
