Got Promoted>7 Months> Now LAYOFF - Amazon

Hello,

I’m currently an L5 at AWS with 10+ years of total tenure. My Team is being impacted with Layoffs and I’m currently looking out for Non Tech (Mid-Senior) level roles.

1/ Can someone please suggest which companies/roles should I target if my current salary is ~30LPA?

2/ I have 6+ years of experience within Program/Project Management and a CSM; I’ll be getting PMP certified this month.

Can one of you help with your thoughts? I’ve applied to 100+ jobs in 2 months for PM & CSM roles, but all I’ve been getting is rejection.

I can share my resume if anyone is willing to refer me, thank you!

Best, Hopeful

30 LPA is very usual salary Bro, 30 LPA at 10 yrs, any product based organisation will give. My suggestion would be, apply for newer organisations starting up in any location, because they are usually on hiring spree. Some examples- Lloyds, Evernorth, Elly Lilly, American Airlines, Marriott, etc (all for Hyderabad location)
