ACON/CON bridge assessment is waived off

If nominating yourself for Power programmer bridge , there is exclusive training/ coaching given to one , to help them crack the assessment.

If one has to nominate for Tech Arch bridge, Assessment is waived off and one can directly appear at interview stage .

RSU or stock awarded for the employees who are second time platinum member.These employees are prioritised for RSU.The program commences in Q3 and once’s unit make their recommendation it will intimated individually.

Prioritization for on site opportunities, for employees who are second time platinum club member. They give 1st preference for these members for visa applications. It is not a guarantee of issue of visa, and hence the allocation of onsite project.

if want to change project ,6 months relaxation on minimum tenure required for mobility .For other employees it would be 18 months , for platinum club it would be 12 months .

Apprenticeship program 3 months anchored by the geo HR /unit for the top 3 performers at each job level within the unit. unit decides the selection. The objective is to enable select employees to work on high impact projects along with senior leaders such as DM/ DHS /SOHS. 😎🥂
