Got PIPed today. Looking for advice.

I work in Product/Business Analytics. Recently got put on a PIP shortly after raising concerns about a lack of support during probation. One lead has been hostile since I joined — possibly because I joined with a higher offer.

The PIP targets are tough and depend on others, so misses are likely. I’m doing my best to meet them, but it’s hard.

If you’ve been through this — any tips on how to handle it or when to move on?
