Got Partial refund from income tax

I got a partial refund from Income tax , as per them my last quarter tax is not taken into consideration. I opened Greivance on income tax portal stating in my form 16 and 26as tax details are there however they closed it with generic statement. Please let me know if someone has faced the same issue recently.
