I have two offers — IBM and Capgemini — for an ETL Tester role. I’ll be around three months pregnant when I join the company. Should I inform HR about my pregnancy before joining or after joining? Also, which company would be better to join in this situation?

You are going to join and transfer burden on a poor male colleague who will have to take up your tasks silently. Not fair. Please take leave without pay for two years in your current org, complete your initial maternity responsibilities and then join back and switch.
