Got offer, to join company in 30-45 days, I'll be on bench in 15 days. How to leave early. Help needed....
I've got an offer from a company and it was asking me to join in 30-45 days. At that time, I responded that I will join, as I was nearing release from project and my dependancy would become zero. Now they have extended my allocation by 15 days, and they've been doing this from 5-6 months. This time I need to go on bench and leave within 30-45 days. Need help regarding how to go about it. I really want to get released, getting less chances in job market, and this is one of the chance. Help me out., what to do??
What is the joining date for the new company?
They're asking me to join as soon as possible within 30 days. I'm told that I'll join in 30-45 days. So need to convince here in TCS
Ask for a project release and have you put down the paper? If you are 100 percent confident and put down the papers and try to give the interviews as many as you can.
