Got Offer letter from good Startup.

I have received a fixed salary of 15 LPA from a good startup that is launching its operations in India. Currently, there are no PF or other benefits deductions included in the package. Would this be a good offer to consider, or should I aim for more stable companies with a target salary of 18-20 LPA?
