I am currently working in Accenture having my total CTC as 7.15 LPA and I got offer from tcs and they are giving 10 LPA. And now in hcl I got selected how much can I ask in hcl now. Can somebody kindly suggest how much to ask in HCL now with an counter offer of tcs of 10 LPA.

Take the TCSs offer and tell HCL to give 13 L and negotiate saying you already have an offer of 10L

In hcl they are telling that if counter offer is there they will give max 1 to 2 lpa only it seems

I had offer from hcl which had non-compete clause. Check in offer letter you have that or not.

Bro directly ask for 14 LPA. They will reduce it at say max we can give is 13.
