Got offer from ZET APP

I got offer from zett app previously one code. I was laid off in jan and joined another first. But this company is very shit with no good tech. They are just building products. Should i join ZETT? As i will be looking to change my career in product management and ZETT is giving me mobile app development role.

Basic salary: 20 lpa

Please suggest. Current company has so much toxic culture.
