Got offer from Volkswagen

Hi All,

I got an offer from Volkswagen with CTC 9.5LPA, but the curve is here they included performance pay-85000(50% to 150%),bonus-25000and Leave Travel Allowance-25000 these all paid at annually and the work location is Bangalore. Could you please provide suggestions shall I go for it?will it be sufficient to face the Bangalore Non local criticism struggle?
