Got offer from tcs at delhi location with 40 % hike and accepting 3 months notice period
Got the selection in promotional IJP in infosys at Technology analyst 4A position in ENG unit.
What I can do now wait for the hike the infosys giving which still not communicated as it mentioned it is quarterly activity and happens once in every quarter
I am confused to accept the offer or not ? Please guide me
Accept the offer from tcs and try to counter with other companies.
infosys has revised the TA salaries to 6.5 LPA. if you want to stay with infy stay here. TCS is no good than infosys. Also there hike is even worse , so better switch with a higher package.
Only 17.5% hike that too it'll be less on fixed part, better choose tcs
If u want to stay in infy , best option is don't take IJP , take acon bridge , get 7.5 lpa. If u wanna leave then use TCS offer to get counter offers from other companies in 90 days, most probably u will get min 100% hike.
Ijp is scam
If you want stay at Infosys ask for 6.5 hike for TA.. if not use the TCS 6 LPA offer and try for counter you will get more than that if you're into good technologies
