Got offer from TCS and Accenture, which one to join??

How many days does tcs took release after selection and pls let me know how selection process is done?

TCS's new deployment policy, which mandates a minimum of 225 business days billed and limits bench time to just 35 days

I suggest neither, search for more better opportunities n if you really want to join one of them then join the one which is giving good pay bcoz how good will be project for learning and growth u only know when u join them
