Got offer from PwC India

Hi, recently I got converted into a full time position in pwc India Kolkata. I was working as a TPR for almost 2 Years but they lowballed me on the salary and enrolled me on a fresher level salary. Although it was more than what I was making in my TPR days, it still doesnt match upto my juniors who joined with me when I was a TPR . How can I get a promotion fast ?
