Got offer from OSB India
Hey grapeviners
I recently got offer in software Engineer role,from OSB India private limited.. Total ctc: 21LPA Base :17 LPA + 4LPA(var)
So after going through all the reviews present in Glassdoor(4.3/5 - 145 reviews) & Ambitionbox(3.6/5 - 200 reviews)
I am a bit confused whether to join the company or not because I have recently joined a company which is not so good and I don't want to repeat the same mistake.
Please guide me if anyone knows anything about OSB India.and please also explain me the reason of saying Yes or No. If you need extra details feel free to ask in comment

Hi, I joined osbi 3 weeks ago. I feel company culture wise it’s good and work environment is friendly. I checked with my colleagues in the team about Work life balance they said it’s good and I observed the same.hikes as well good but compared to previous year this year hikes are bit less. Variable I came to know that from my colleagues that max u can get 80% and 50-60% u will get most of the times. Overall I felt positive.
