Got offer from one of big four with 37% hike with base pay 15 LPA but I will have rotational shifts.
My current work life balance is good with good team members.
As it’s my first switch should I switch with 37% hike?
My current experience: 3.5 years Current Base pay: 11 LPA
Please guide me on this !!
My friends went for 150% hikes 37% is not much comparatively you could have asked for atleast 80-100% hike
So was your base pay 11 since you have joined accenture? Could we know how your salary progressed over 3.5 years?
My starting salary was 5.7 LPA base
Well in that case it seems you are very talented to have gotten 2 promotions in 3.5 years. You can probably wait for an even better offer or atleast which does not have shifts.

Rotation shift is bad but you can try it just for 1 year due to hike.. money matters but take care of health aa well.. but comfort zone will also kill your growth.. switch and hustle..
That’s what I thought. Just got promotion in this june cycle. No way that Accenture will give 30 % hike in coming year
