Got offer from infosys
I am a recent graduate who joined TCS in a digital role (7 LPA). Currently, I am working on a project at a client location that I feel is not ideal for my career growth. Yesterday, I received an offer from Infosys for 10 LPA. Do you think I should make the switch?
If yes, the challenge is that I need to report to Infosys by December 30, but I haven’t yet submitted my resignation at TCS. What would be the best in this situation?
Is there an option to buy out the notice period? I joined TCS just 3.5 months ago.
If it is possible try to stay away from tcs. I know it's very difficult. I think there's a higher chance that you'll get a much better role and project in Infosys.
Speak with hrs on both sides. Some hr in tcs are allowing early release If early release is given then you will be able to join before dec 30
How you got an offer with just 3.5 months of experience just asking for me don't take it in any other way.
I am also digital with 1 year of experience and trying to switch but every company is asking for atleast 2 YOE
Speak to the Infosys HR. They will change your joining date. They have changed mine as well. Just tell them that your period is 90 days. They'll ask for confirmation of the Last working day and they'll send you a revised offer.

Infosys doesnt accept a 3 month notice, I believe they themselves have the same, its tricky situation man, and what do you mean by client location
