Got offer from Accenture with 40% hike

I'm from a non-IT background. I'm into pharmacovigilance life sciences currently in TCS BPS. I got a 40% hike on my fixed component from Accenture. I wanted to know how is the job stability and security in Accenture and what would be the career growth in terms of positions and hikes

Accenture offers good hikes and career growth, but job stability is shaky. Work culture is better, but medical policy isn't as strong as TCS. Choose wisely.
