Trending @Accenture; Got offer but thinking of Stay?

Hi All, About me below, please let me know your thoughts.

YOE:4 entirely at Accenture Current ctc:6.5 lpa(5.25 as base) Level: 11

Offer ctc:12 lpa, a product based company.

Started to talk about resignation to my leads, they are convincing me to stay another 1 or 2 months and get the promotion/hike and then switch.

Will we be expecting promotion this cycle? , if means how much by default from 11 to 12?. And hike means how much percentage?.

buddy, dont wait for Accenture, switch for your own sake, these are just empty promises, after you take your paper back you will just keep on chasing them for hike and promotions. If you really want to stay for any personal reason, please take everything in written communication. Works don't mean anything nowadays. If you have some written proof then also they can deny promotion citing various reasons but at least you will have something to show.

by no means they'll counter offer with almost 100% of your current ctc, beware of fake promises. You should switch without having any second thoughts.

Don't wait, give the resignation. Don't waste one more year. Promotions have been decided already. So they might consider you for the next cycle, however there is no guarantee. Take a wise decision 🤠

If you got a good offer it's better to move away rather than staying. They rarely match the package you got and onsite promises are mostly vague lies.

Been there in your shoes if you don't fall for promotion they will proceed with an onsite opportunity as well. Understand that the managers job is to make you stay but in no way he has control on these parameters. Regarding the hike if you get promotion max it will be 30%. If you already have a offer of 12 LPA I would say proceed with it.

Promotion from Level 11 to 12 can be uncertain, and hikes usually range around 20-25%. If the offer is double, it might be worth considering the switch.
