Got offer but how to negotiate the NP with new company

My old company is having 90 days of NP and this new company I have got offer is asking for 1 month to join. How to deal with thissssss? It's urgent

Negoatiate on both end, tell your new company that you are negotiating the NP with your current employer and they will come back to me in 2-3days. Ask your current employer also that how soon they can release you if they cannot retain by matching or close to it. There is no simple way, communicating and updating NP status to new employer HR will help confidence. Try buy out option if it works. Ask or escalte politely and discuss with your manager/HR. Approach polietly again with specific interval help you to get way out of it. If they are still rigid to serve 90 Np inform your new employer. They will wait. Parallel use your current offer to give more interviews to secure more offer letter.
