Helo guys, I recently received NI rating in my icount what should my next course of action? I know my manager would fuck me in the ass but this bad I didn't have the idea..
They will offer you PIP in Jan mid. You will be given option to decline it (make sure you ask for options) they will give you a clean separation with 5 months salary (based on last year). Agreeing for PIP while being on bench is risky so make sure you know your PIP goals before you make that decision. If PIP accepted you will have 60 days to complete it. If you clear it you will be eligible for projects and your are relatively safe. If you fail PIP, they will ask you to resign but there won’t be any notice pay now. It will still be a clean separation. People who are on project need to worry much as the manager will want to continue the billing so will give achievable goals
