Trending @Infosys; Got NI from my previous project. Impact on new project
I am going to get Need improvement from my previous manager. I have tried to convince but failed. Right now I am working on a different project with a different manager. So if I get NI rating will I be dropped from my current project and put into the PIP?
Nope you can continue in current project and your PIp goals can be current project based. I know folks in this situation last year. Since they were doing ok in their current project their new managers cleared their PIPS

I was going to get on site opportunity in my new team I think it will be cancelled.
My new team is better and sensible. My image will be ruined in the current project
If you have variable component and skill tag bonus - Word of advice switch immediately coz new company will ask for last 3 months slip and everything will reflect and you will get hiked based on that ..
I have variable pay components but not skill tag bonus..
I am kinda in same boat as u , I was on bench last year , I got NI as rating today for 23-24 cycle , since last 2 months I was in project currently I'm different unit, will be subjected to pip or forced termination?
Same happened with my friend and he was forcefully resigned with 3 month pay , even he got in different project immediately. The problem was there was a big escalation from client end and client canceled the deal with infosys.
It depends only on reason for your NI rating,, if big escalation from client end - start preparation for switch
Run from infy, a person got NI from my previous project due to a critical error team he was made as scape goat, not only he was removed from the project. When he was in some other project they asked him to resign due to poor rating NI, this was last year
