they never said any budget….also my first switch and salary negotiation so kind of confused what and how much should I ask…what if I asked too much and what if I said too low

Do some google and glass door research on package bands for the designation they offer and according you can ask and mention it is negotiable..so that hr will open up how much they offer...

hope so…but confused right now what if its out of their budget…really need to switch as there is no point staying at ACN probably will get 10-12% hike max (that to being optimistic)in December cycle
