Ah, the old 7% hike and 6% VP, huh? In Bangalore's tech scene, that's like getting a samosa when you expected a thali. Companies often underplay talent value. Push for transparency, or consider hopping to a more rewarding pasture.

No one got hike last year my friend. Now for 7% met expectations they are 5% for those who are not met expectations there are 0% for level 8 and above. Not just Accenture it’s the service industry treating employees as there slaves. We need to form a union to fight this unjustified exploitation of talented work force of India.
