Hi guys, I got mal practice mail from CD_PMO team. They have told me to give justification within 2 business days.. I have given them.. so what wil happen I am scared

Nothing happens just say i didn't send any mail or anything I am confused they will tell you the reason I accidentally transferred the document 2 yrs back I said i accidentally shared the document to my personal mail id they asked me to delete it and share screenshot I did so nothing happened after that ps your manager should be supportive in this
What happened then did they tell hr about this
