Got mail that released to RMG from april 21st
Hi folks
I got mail that my delivery manager released me to RMG with effective from 21st april. But on 20th when i checked in ultimatix my allocation has extended to april 30th. Today when i checked it has extended to june 30th. What the hell is going on. My project manager told me he is giving me release since my project is completed. But now why they are giving allocation. No one has reached out since april 1st in my project . At present i am free and just filling timesheet. Can you give suggestion what should i do?. BTW i am happy that my proj is completed it is a bull shit proj.
@Darksider Bro you are lucky.. If you got allocation extended that means RMG wont bother you till that date and the project has released you.. that means you dont have to work just enjoy this period and upskill yourself... The project might still be billing on your name..
But Remember they can always reduce your allocation as well.. so enjoy till u have allocation
Managers can do whatever they want.. however they feel like. There is no restrictions
How long you worked in this project
Try to learn new tools as rmg wont budge you atleast till the date you have allocation.
But once allocation is over RMG will make you report daily, go to drives at all locations in your city and you will also have to spend time in office without odc access
