Trending @Accenture; Got lesser hike after promoting to analysts

Today i promoted to analyst but base pay only increased with 13%. Can anyone pls tell me why this has happens why i got only 13% hike where others are getting 26%.

Guys if you can share with anything that would be very helpful.

It was 426000 and now 482000

I also got a promotion this cycle and only got 13%. When I spoke to my manager, he said this has been the default for all promotions since September apparently
