Got job offer as SDE need advice

Hi everyone recently got job offer. And here is the what I'm getting. Is it good.

Job role : SDE1 Tech stack : Nodejs, React, AWS, DevOps CCTC: 6.5 all fixed

Offer CTC : 8 fixed + 4 L ESOP + 1 to 1.5 performance bonus

Is it worth it.

I will be getting another offer 8.5 fixed.

How to negotiate for that.

It's is first switch and I was laid off in Feb. I'm moderately good at problem solving and have LC : 1600+ CF : 1450+

Please share your view. I'm really open for suggestions.
