Trending @Infosys; Got into the PIP

I got a PIP mail to complete my goal. In the last project there was conflict with my manager i left that project right now I am working on a better project and team is fine as well..

I informed my current team lead and he told me that he tried to avoid it but the previous rating has impacted. My current lead is on my side because I am completing the task on time and perfectly. He was also shocked to see the NI rating.

I don't have any job offers now. My current team lead informed me that-" in this project he will give the feedback so don't worry about that and don't loose motivation."

But getting PIP is bad thing i am on the edge of being jobless . What should I do ?

I didn't accept pip. Resigned with 5 months pay. 5* basic+bob

How earned leaves Will encash while leaving from Infosys? I means 1 earned leaves means how much money??

If you're put to pip and decide to quit, you'll be paid 3 or 5 months base salary as upfront

Are you sure about if i resign during pip they will immediately release me or they will pay 3 months extra salary??

Do one thing just resend the ratings back from icount , it will go manager immediate reporting manger for review . He can review your rating , if still not resolving I heard about hear team they resolve conflicts can address as well ..
