Iam working as a senior associate consultant role in Infosys Front end developer Reactjs CTC : 11 LPA

I got an offer from IBM with CTC : 18.5 LPA

Is it a good move to switch?

At 1.5 years don’t think they will negotiate with you unless you have done wonders in the project and your loss will have high impact on the project. Would suggest better to move on if salary growth is your goal

Negotiate with infosys the will give u around 16-17 lpa, then again go for switch and get better pay with less switch
