I joined infosys on Feb 2022. My rating are : 2022 - Commendable 2023 - Outstanding Finally I got promoted and received hike letter yesterday with 17.5% of hike 😊

Could you please confirm from which Job Level (JL) to which JL you have been promoted, when it was officially informed about the role promotion to you, and when the promotion letter was issued, can you please provide an estimate of the typical time frame for the entire promotion process from the initial review to the final communication?

Hi Dear During oct 24 ratings , I asked my reviewer to promote me bcz I didnt get any hike since my joining. So he considered my request and got promoted from JL4 -> JL5 TECHNOLOGY LEAD.
I received the same communication mail on 17/12/24.

Thats not related to Ratings, hike is due to promotion

Probation completed after 6 months and rating was given on october 2022

I have also joined in August 2022 as a lateral and JL4 since then I didn't got any hike or increment, It has been more than 28months
I have not got any hike or increment, isn't it too long there is not any promotion or hike ,ideally what best should happen for me ?how much hike should I get after promotion and hike ? I really need guidance on it day by day work is increased alot at the same time there is no increase in pay. Can anyone guide me regarding this process
