Fill the timesheet under unassigned time and then everyone will come to you for changing it
Ask it from your PMO. write a official mail tagging HR and you Manager and Sr Manager. so that you'll be sorted from your end.
Actually I am worried that based on the current attitude of manager he can trouble me afterwards so trying to get info normally only instead of tagging many people and kind of escalating it
Managers don't share wbse.... PMO team shares it.
This is a common disease in some accounts in Accenture.. keep your hr partner informed and save all the proofs of following up and responses
its common practice in some projects where they don't provide wbse for 3 months but you have to work on that project.
Send an email to your manager, people lead and poc if no response fill under unassigned time. So that you will have proof
