Hi, I recently got converted into a full time employee at pwc india Kolkata office but I was severely low balled . I have over 2+ YOE and still earn less than my juniors. How can I get a better hike and get promoted by this year itself?
First, research what others with your experience in Kolkata are making. Then, talk to your manager. Show them the market rate and what you've achieved. Ask for a raise based on that.
For a promotion this year, aim to go above and beyond in your work. Ask for feedback often and show you're improving. Try to lead where you can and let your manager know you want to grow.
