Got Fired
So I’m working on a 3rd party payroll and yesterday I got a call from them that it’s my last working day in Oracle and I don’t have to serve my notice period. They told me that their client (Oracle) emailed them and informed that my project got over. I got a little suspicious 2 days back when my manager asked me to submit my laptop for some security testing and said that i will get it back after 2 day. Everything was fine I even got my salary increment letter the day before yesterday (17th). I’m shocked I haven’t got any answers from anyone. I tried calling my manager neither is he answering my calls nor texts. I’m super frustrated idk what to do.

No I am also worried bcz I am also contractor and I see my project not lasting longer🤣 bt seriously it is a topic of concern for me also now ... Ghosting in relationships is understandable but companies will also do benching, breadcrumbing,ghosting and all .... Kya hoga duniya ka
There was no project in my case and I was working just fine, in fact there was more work. But my manager has always discriminated me.
Damn, sorry to hear that. Have patience, things will work out. Try thinking of your options and preparing backup plans.
3rd party payroll in oracle is most of the time like that.
