Got email from RMG - IMP - review meeting to discuss your status in person
Hello, Can anyone suggest what it is regarding ? They are saying meeting is regarding re deployment. But can anyone let me know if anyone getting this kind of emails and what actions RMG/ HR took ?
When u was informed to release from the current project ? And how many days of time frame u got to find next assignment?
On the 4th aug I got update that I have been identified for future release from the current account and will be released by the month end.. so I started looking for another opportunity and luckily I got within 1 week.. I got selected there still waiting for onboarding there..

Your name was selected because of the planned allocation end date so it's fine but make sure that you see your new allocation and its a tnm won because rmg/corporate will not approve if it's fix price. Also tnm projects will mostly have client interviews so discuss with your new team if any client interview is there or not so that you can clear that in advance or look for other options if it doesnt clear
