
Got email from HR for face to face discussion..how and what to discuss?what will they ask?

They will ask you to resign or face termination, you have only two options left. You will need to choose out of these two options only. No other options.

In first meeting they will not tel you anything about termination or force force resignation …..after one week uou will have second hr meeting that is dangerous

They are picking up people from the list of least priority people from all projects , even though assigned in project , one of my colleague even though he was allocated and has future projects , he was called and then locked in a room , they have ten his ID card forcefully and asked him to resign . He had no choice, the HR was so rude and speaks in such a tone any one would get irritated and resign themselves , even though we submitted a business case of getting lot of projects with this person's profile , no body listened, it went untill RMG head and finally he did not approve . So matter closed . He departed us, a family man with kids and bills on his head , emis and so many expenses was just kicked out just because he was in the fluidity list

Ignore it and apply leave for that day
