Trending @Infosys; GOT EMAIL "30 DAYS ON BENCH" (IMP)
I got an email in 30 days on the bench. I did not get any of my skill related new project calls or emails and only few people contacted me with different skills. What do I have to do? Any problem will i face? This is auto generated mail.

If you are a fresher, don't worry about being on the bench for a month. There are many people who have been on the bench for a year, but you should focus on finding a project. Try to get a project that matches your skill sets. For this, you can reach out to the managers or leads of your department or other departments for a project, or ask them to refer you if there are any requirements.
Also, go to the office and try to meet people. It might feel awkward, but try to talk to anyone, for example, in the ODC where you are sitting or in the FC. Get to know people—you might get some hints or make some good friends. Meanwhile, upskill yourself. If you are a frontend developer, try to learn about backend development and become a full stack developer. Prepare for interviews and also try gig work.
I know it will be difficult; you might ping 100-200 people and only get 1-2 responses or none at all, but you have to keep trying. I tried the same method. I was trained in a support role, but by trying this approach, one manager recommended me for a development project. Now, I am working in development after 6 months of efforts. On the other hand, some of my friends who were trained in Angular have had to reskill and are now doing support roles.
If you don't want to do such work, utilize your bench period effectively. Spend 60% of your time finding a good project and 40% enjoying and having fun. You won't get such time again, so make sure to utilize it well.
