Got decent hike after Wings2 Power Play 1

After clearing PP1 with distinction, I received a decent hike. On reviewing the compensation letter, I found that the monthly and quarterly performance pay have also been increased along with the ‘Elevate incentive.

Has that happened with any of you?

You'll get a new letter sometime in Feb. Increase will be effective January though

After completing PP1 like doing all courses will there be any evaluation? If yes what kind of evaluation will be there ? Is it like interview ?
