Got D band. Joined on salary 26 Lacs , current salary 26.5 lacs, C3B grade. To what level CTC will be reduced?
But why D at this level.....C3B is a senior position. Surprised to see C3B getting D

That means u joined in 2023. So it depends on how much hike you got when you joined as you are lateral hire who joined recently. If they gave you more than 30% hike when you joined, the deduction can be 15-20% of ur salary. BTW what was ur previous org.? Lateral hires are more into this category because of obvious reasons. sometimes the expectation is more from lateral hires or if you have more oldies in ur team, or bureaucracy n politcs
Last your one of my friends salary reduced to 30 % also monthly variable will be 0 and quarterly vc will be 0
Bro better u reject band and search outside. Atleast u can show ur present ctc. Once they decrease it it will be painful
