Got D band appraisal in TCS
What will be the consequences of having D band in TCS, My previous manager was kind of sweet poison bitch. All of my friends from previous project got C and I got D as i have some bad discussion before leaving that project. I argued for the role i offered after leetcode assessment and interview they were giving manual testing work we were told AI/ML related development works. then to be at upperhand they said you are not performing well and not comming to office so to prove yourself i am giving you this manual testing work which i denied and said if you are not finding my performance good release me.
