Got compensation letter for c3b with terrible hike. Anyone have same experience with hike very low

Lets not even talk about hikes please. It’s bad across all bands actually & frankly speaking there is nothing much that can be done.

Beat option for people who are with TCS for long is to switch job if you need a better & impactful hike.

Yes I m also one of who got terrible hike

It is expected tat we are going to get peanut hike, it's the case for past few years and going to get worse in future too. The only reason why way seniors stick to tcs is onsites, tcs has huge presence in European countries and they pay well in Europe and no headaches of h1b etc..

Its bad for all
