Got caught up in office politics, knew nothing would change, said fuck it. Now have a offer with “fuck you” money

Major changes in a startup well known, I was a scapegoat and kicked out of a project because apparently I’m too “junior”. Said fuck this shit. Applied with just resume (2 good brands) and v old portfolio, got 3 interview calls - 1 offer, 1 white boarding then tanked, 1 intro which I tanked…

Don’t stick around for the brand name. If the place is shit please leave it. I stg it is not good for you, your creativity or your mental health. seniors or managers who dont help, mentor or give decent feedback shouldn’t be allowed to run the show.

This is so true. But nkt everyone have the option to leave. The same thing has been happening with me . I have been informed a shitty project since the last 8 months . I desperately wanna leave but don't have enough hands on experience to leave. What should I do , please suggest

I was in the same situation, i would suggest resign without fear. You'll find your way, you'll see you are not as weak and helpless as you think you are.
