Trending @Accenture; Got call from HR offering early release
I have resigned on 10th June and HR called me yesterday and asked me If I have any offer in hand and I told her no I dont have any offer and then she told that we can give you early release since project is getting over by end of this month. I told her I will confirm in some time. This was all done on call and no official email was sent to me for early release. Then after sometime I asked her whether I will get salary till 7th September which is my LWD If I opt for early release and she did not respond to that yet. Could this be just tactic to know whether I have offer or not ?
Handle with care. U won't get salary if get early release if it's tagged like like u initiated it. Like buy out
I did not initiate early release. HR offered me early release
They are trying to save some 2 months money . Think what is the benefit for project or company just releasing early. This push is from project as that project as to bear the cost once you put papers
This is a tactic from Accenture to get you out ASAP, if you agree they won't pay you for sure.
They don't care how good you're they have targets to remove people from company nothing else.
Don’t accept until you have some strict offer in your hand. This is just an tactic to save accenture money as your project is going to end in month, after that accenture has to pay you when you are on bench.
This is not a termination, it'll be tagged as an early release so the assumption would be that you agreed and you won't get salary for that time period
I am trying to buyout, i am without project just after a week of my resignation. They are not allowing me for buyout. My future employer is ready to pay the amount for buyout.
When you resign the company policy will make employee to charge to the last project the employee has worked.
In some cases, if Project is closed before the LWD of the employee, the HR will ask for early release because they can't keep u in bench which is for active employee.
